i am lake's empty words



Lake. 26. Married to an awesome dude called Craig. I love tattoos, piercings, music (and lots of it), my dog Pancho, makeup, doing hair, diet dr pepper and all things cupcakes.

i am a full time (psychobiology) student and part time (Bath and Body Works) employee and working on becoming a trophy wife. Chubby and funny and witty and smart. Not what you'd call "computer savvy".

I decided to keep a blog to help myself, mentally and physically.I'm hoping it will help me to keep on track with my weight loss progress. I hope to one day be an inspiration to someone.

Current Exercise Schedule
Mon/Wed: 1 hour mod-high intensity step aerobics plus half hour light intensity swimming or 30 day shred

Tues/Thurs: One hour mod/high intensity swimming class

Fri/sat/sun: Grab bag exercise or working, shopping, dancing, having a life

Our bodies do so many amazing things for us… The least we can do is feed it the fuel it needs to keep us functioning at our best! You do NOT need to starve yourself in order to get in shape!!!!!! You just have to eat enough of the RIGHT foods! 
Most people have no idea how good their body is designed to feel… The number one comment I get from girls (& guys) when they first start eating clean is how much ENERGY they have and how GOOD they feel! Feed your body the nutrients it needs to thrive!
